Our range of meats we supply.
We take pride in our proven track record within the meat butchery wholesale industry and our reputation with local chefs in supplying the catering trade and offering a regular and reliable service. We provide a high quality range of fresh meat as well supplying frozen, dried, cured, smoked meats and poultry as well as offering a full range of game products many of which are sourced and procured locally from Dorset and the West Country with seasonal game products including venison, pheasant, grouse, pigeon, offal, rabbit and partridge.

Working closely with our local meat wholesalers, suppliers and buyers, Spring Fields can supply a full range of local meat products such as West country beef, where a majority of our beef is sourced from the West Country and is selected from cattle less than 30 months old. Dorset pork and Dorset lamb which is supplied to us directly from Bridport Abattoirs on a weekly basis to our establishment in Poole. We also proud of the fact that we are able to source high quality pork and lamb from West Dorset.

At Spring Fields we offer deliveries six days a week to the Dorset, Poole and Bournemouth areas, supplying the public, hospitality and catering trade and its chefs with high quality products, all delivered by our fleet of refrigerated vehicles.

At our premises we run a full HACCP system, externally audited by the Environmental Health Officers who awarded us 5 star ratings. This enables Spring Fields to supply national trade organisations as well as pub groups, inns, schools, hotels, nursing homes and other butcher trade wholesalers since 1981 with our top quality meat and butchery products.
At Spring Fields it is our prime aim is to deliver the meat order to your home, supplied at your specification, at an agreed time. Here at Spring Fields we are committed to the safety, quality and legal legislations of all our meat products to you. We maintain an internal audit system and are inspected by the local environmental health on a regular basis, which enable us to provide the highest in customer assurance, satisfaction and reliability and we welcome you for an inspection at any time. Spring Fields is dedicated to supplying local produce wherever possible which are sourced throughout Dorset and the West Country.
