We take pride in our proven track record within the meat butchery wholesale industry and our reputation with local chefs in supplying the catering trade and offering a regular and reliable service. We provide a high quality range of fresh meat as well supplying frozen, dried, cured, smoked meats and poultry as well as offering a full range of game products many of which are sourced and procured locally from Dorset and the West Country with seasonal game products including venison, pheasant, grouse, pigeon, offal, rabbit and partridge.

At Spring Fields we offer deliveries five days a week to the Poole and Bournemouth areas, supplying members of the public restaurant quality meat direct to your door. All we need is a safe place to leave your order. Deilveries will usually be made between 8.00am - 2.00pm. (48 hours needed for order to be freshly prepared)
